Rates & Fees

Nightly Rate: $150–$250 per night (varies by season and demand)

Minimum Stay: 2 nights

Cleaning Fee: $75 per stay

Pet Fee: $25 per dog, per night (maximum 2 dogs)

Security Deposit: $250 (refunded within 14 days of checkout, less any deductions for damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items)

Taxes: Applicable Florida and local taxes will be added at checkout.

• Linens, towels, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryer)
• Coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, and basic spices
• Septic-safe cleaning supplies and dish soap
• Wi-Fi (no password needed)
• Weber gas grill and grilling utensils
• Streaming TV (log into your own accounts)
• Parking for 2 vehicles
• Full kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and Keurig

Not Included:

• Groceries and meals
• Firewood
• Kayak/tube rentals (see Local Area Guide for outfitters)
